Terms & Conditions
The terms you agree to by using this website. They cover the site itself not a MiHR subscription, which has its own agreement.

1. These terms
These terms are an agreement between you and MiHR ("MiHR", "we", "us") about your use of https://mihrissystems.com. By browsing the site or submitting a demo request you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site.
They govern the website only. Using the MiHR platform itself is covered by the separate subscription agreement signed between us and your organisation, and where that agreement and these terms disagree about the platform, that agreement wins.
2. Using this website
You may read this site, and share links to it, for your own or your organisation's information. In return, please do not:
- Use it for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaks a law that applies to you.
- Try to gain access to any part of the site, its hosting or its connected systems that is not open to you.
- Interfere with the site or attempt to disrupt it for others, including by flooding the demo form or any endpoint it calls.
- Scrape, harvest or systematically copy the site or its content, or use automated means to do so, without our written permission.
- Introduce anything malicious, or attempt to defeat the anti-spam protection on the demo form.
- Copy the site's design, code or content to build a competing offering, or remove any notice of ownership from it.
We can suspend or block access if we reasonably believe any of the above is happening.
3. Booking a demo
When you submit the demo form, you confirm that the details you give are accurate, that you are authorised to make the enquiry on behalf of the organisation you name, and that any other person's details you include are ones you were entitled to share with us.
Submitting the form starts a conversation; it does not create a contract, reserve anything, or oblige us to provide a demo. We may decline or not respond to an enquiry, and we do not promise a particular response time. What we do with the details you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.
4. Our content and brand
Everything on this site the text, layout, graphics, screenshots, code and the MiHR name and logo belongs to us or to our licensors, and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. Nothing on this site transfers any of that to you, and no licence is granted beyond viewing the site and sharing links to it as described above.
If you send us a suggestion about the product, we are free to use it without owing you anything for it. Feedback given that way is not confidential.
5. What the site tells you
The pages here describe MiHR in general terms. Feature descriptions, screenshots and figures are illustrative, may show a configuration different from the one you would be given, and can change as the product develops.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a warranty about what the product will do for you, or advice legal, HR, payroll, tax or otherwise. What MiHR will do for your organisation is set out in the subscription agreement and the documents it refers to, and you should take your own professional advice on your own obligations rather than relying on a marketing page.
6. Availability
The site is provided as it is and as it is available. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or reachable from everywhere, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it including this whole website without notice.
Keeping your own device, browser and internet connection working, and protected against malicious software, is down to you.
7. Third-party services and links
The demo form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, and Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that check. Parts of this site are delivered by other providers too, including our web host.
Where we link to a site we do not run, we do so for convenience. We do not control it, do not endorse it by linking, and take no responsibility for its content or what it does with your information.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, conditions and terms implied by statute or common law in relation to this website and its content.
None of this excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Nothing here affects the rights you have under the subscription agreement if your organisation is a MiHR customer.
9. If your use causes us loss
If you use this website in breach of these terms and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable losses, costs and legal fees we incur as a result.
10. Privacy
How we handle the information you give us here is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
12. General
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing something straight away does not mean we have given up the right to enforce it later. These terms are between you and us nobody else can enforce them.
13. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this website, are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
